Blain313 builds software for rural businesses and coaching apps that work from a phone video. This page explains what the Blain313 website collects, why, who else gets it, and what you can do about it. Questions? Email us at hello@blain313.com.

- The site has no sign-ups, forms, ads or tracking.
- If you email us, we use your message only to answer you.
- We never sell your information.
- Ask us, and we'll delete the emails you sent.
What we collect
The site collects the information below, and nothing else.

How we use it
We use your information only to run the site and to answer your emails. We don't sell it, we don't use it for ads, and we won't use it for anything new without asking you first.
Who else gets it
We share information only with services that help run the site, only what they need, and only for that job:
- Cloudflare (our host) gets your IP address and browser type when you visit. Cloudflare's privacy policy
- Google Workspace (our email) holds the emails you send us. Google's privacy policy
We also share information when the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety. We never sell your personal information.
Cookies and storage on your device
The site stores one thing in your browser: whether you picked the light or dark look, so it stays that way next time. It never leaves your device. Our own code sets no cookies; Cloudflare may set one to protect the site from attacks, never for ads or to follow you. You can clear it at any time in your browser's settings.
Do Not Track: the site doesn't track you across other websites, so your browser's Do Not Track setting doesn't change anything here.
How long we keep it
- Visit logs: as long as Cloudflare keeps them, under its own privacy policy.
- Your emails: until you ask us to delete them.
- Your light or dark choice: in your browser until you clear it.
Your choices
- See or delete the emails you've sent us: email hello@blain313.com, and we'll do it within 30 days.
- Clear your light or dark choice: clear this site's data in your browser's settings.
Depending on where you live, you may have more rights, like objecting to how we use your information or complaining to your local privacy regulator. Contact us and we'll help.
Children
The site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has emailed us, contact us and we'll delete it.
Keeping it safe
The site is served over HTTPS, and it has no accounts or visitor database to protect. Your emails sit in our shared inbox, which only the three of us can open. No system is perfect: if something happens that puts your information at risk, we'll tell you as soon as we can.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For big changes, we'll say so on the site before they take effect.
