Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 9, 2026
These terms are the rules for using the Blain313 website, made by Blain313 ("we"). By using the site, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Work we do for a business is covered by our written agreement with that business, not by these terms.
Who can use it
Anyone can read the site. To email us, you must be at least 13, and if you're under 18 (or the age of adulthood where you live), please ask a parent or guardian first.
Using the site fairly
Don't use the site to:
- break the law or anyone's rights;
- harass, threaten or harm anyone;
- break, overload or get around how the site works;
- copy or collect the site's content with bots or scripts.
We can block anyone who breaks these rules.
Our content
The site's words and code belong to us, apart from the parts made by others that we use under their licenses (below). Link to the site as much as you like, but don't copy it, sell it or pass it off as your own.
Credits: the fonts Manrope, Newsreader and JetBrains Mono, under the SIL Open Font License 1.1; icons from Lucide, under the ISC License; and Next.js, React and Tailwind CSS, under the MIT License.
No guarantees
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise that it will always work or be free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, we make no promises or warranties of any kind.
Limits on our responsibility
As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect or unexpected losses from using the site, like lost data, money or opportunities, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Ending things
You can stop using the site at any time. We can change the site or shut it down.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for big changes we'll say so on the site before they take effect. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the new terms.
The law that applies
These terms follow the laws of the State of Indiana, USA. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Indiana, unless the law where you live gives you the right to use your own courts. If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the site.
